My name is Gabriela Diaz and I'm an Illustrator!

I love book illustration, portraiture and designing my own diverse characters. Whether it's traditional art, digital art, or somewhere in between! I love to use bright colors, different textures, and getting to draw anything that remind me of historical fashion.

I was born in Puerto Rico and that definitely influences my work in the way that I think of color or how I design characters. When I’m not working on illustrations or personal art projects- I’m an assistant for El Colectivo Moriviví, a muralist colective here on the island!

I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where I majored in Illustration with a double minor in Art History and Sequential Arts.
